But, also why the advertisement already worked since it got so much attention. I think ladies only dancing is a bit trashy, how about gender neutral and just people dancing at a party?

I like how Fox is trying to get them in trouble with the zoning board. I agree it would be better if it looked like a party--that would be less offensive to females/couples who are looking to rent.
